Getting the Most Out of TAing
A TAship is much more than a requirement to knock out of the way. It can be an opportunity to develop skills in teaching, communicating, and mentoring, and to foster meaningful relationships with teaching faculty, co-TAs, and students. Before you start your TAship, take some time to think about your goals for the semester.
